Corporate Social Responsibility
The Media Group RTL Germany is keenly aware of its responsibilities – both towards its employees and towards society as a whole.
In line with this corporate principle, the staff of the Media Group RTL share in their company’s success. Young people interested in forging a career in the media are given the opportunity of training across a range of different areas. Children and their parents are supported in learning how to best use TV as a medium and various projects have been launched to help the more vulnerable members of society, deprived children both in Germany and across the world, and bring about lasting improvements in their life situations as unbureaucratically as possible.
